Hello

I'm a bilingual professionnal working as a volunteer lead in a health centre. I graduated from health and physical education at Laurentian University with honours in June 2021.

In my present role, I work with seniors to motivate them to stay independant and active while living in their homes for as long as possible. Seniors are capable of so much more than what the society thinks.

As an active health promoter, I believe an active life style is the best medicine. Movement can change a person's mental, emotional and physical state. My E-Portfolio will give me an online professional presence as well as a blog where I will be able to promote and educate about the benefits of a healthy life style.
